Return Policy

At Channn’s Custom Creations, we want you to love your order! If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Items for Return:
We accept returns on custom car fresheners and tote bags within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to food safety regulations, baked goods (cupcakes and chocolate bars) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping.

• If you’re returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return:
Please email us at refunds@channnscustomcreations.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please attach photos of the item if damaged to speed up the process. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the appropriate shipping details.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
